Wellspring Refresh for Alumni
Refresh your commitment to a lifetime of healthy living! Join Wellspring for another amazing summer of fun, friendship and continued weight loss.

Wellspring Refresh provides Wellspring Alumni the opportunity to accelerate weight loss and find continued success at Wellspring.
Every Wellspring Camp offers a special Wellspring Refresh track for alumni looking to return for a summer of weight loss, adventure and fun with friends. Refresh includes additional personal training sessions as well as focused Refresh sessions with a Wellspring Behavioural Coach. Together with your BC, you will evaluate progress since Wellspring and put together a structured plan for ensuring that you meet and maintain your weight loss goals.
Refresh campers are leaders and role models in the Wellspring community, helping new campers understand the challenges they’ll face in turning their healthy camp lifestyle into a permanent lifestyle.
Wellspring Refresh offers all Wellspring alumni a summer of fun and success:
- Another Great Summer: Many Refresh campers return primarily because they had an amazing time at Wellspring, and also because some of their friends are returning. Some may even choose to try a different Wellspring camp – Hawaii anyone? In addition, every Wellspring camp is a summer safe haven for weight control.
- Accelerating Progress: Some Refresh participants succeed in maintaining or losing additional weight after leaving the Academy or Camp, but wish to concentrate on getting closer to a healthy weight range and know that Wellspring is the place to do it.

- Recommitting to Healthy Living – More Time to Practice: Overcoming the biological, cultural and social barriers to permanent change may require more than one session for many weight controllers. For alumni who have struggled with their weight following Wellspring, additional practice is very likely to result in improved performance. Think of it this way: One aspirin can cure some headaches, but many headaches require 2 aspirins or even stronger medicine.
